The mission of Fokus: Zukunft is to educate strong-minded and self-confident citizen-leaders for our future business society. We achieve this through our commitment to the intellectual change by modern social sciences education. We exposure our students to new ideas, new ways of understanding, and new ways of acquiring knowledge. Students embark on a journey of intellectual transformation throughout the course of our academic programs. Students come from different walks of life but are unified by their very special character traits: Perseverance, outstanding self-management and a strive being the best in their field. We want them to develop a sense of what they want to do with their gifts and talents in order to live a fulfilling life. Our focus is on students who plan to transform their careers to new and adventurous challenges in business, be that a leading position in a company or sports organization, be that a way into self-employment.

Was mein Gegenüber braucht – das interessiert mich!
Mir ist es wichtig, wie es meinem Gegenüber geht, was er tatsächlich braucht. Für mich ist der Studierende mit seinen besonderen Bedürfnissen im Zentrum aller Bemühungen. Menschen trotz widriger Umstände zum Ausbildungsabschluss zu bringen, das motiviert mich grenzenlos. In diesem einzigartigen MBA-Lehrgang werden Lehrende und Studierende wie Mitglieder eines Clubs mit einem gemeinsamen Ziel: Eine berufliche Entwicklung, die Freude macht. Die Profilierung hat dieser MBA-Lehrgang schon in seiner Entstehungsphase, weil er sich als Ganzes ein übergeordnetes Ziel gibt. Ein starkes Ziel. High-Potentials zu fördern. Lebenslang.
